The role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer who’s passionate about solving complex problems for professional users. You’ll be part of a cross-functional product trio, working closely with a Product Manager and Tech Lead to deeply understand customer needs, prototype and test solutions, and guide the product experience from concept to delivery. You will be a part of discovering and delivering solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible, and viable.
You’ll own the end-to-end user experience, from discovery and research to high-fidelity design, in a product area that’s central to our strategy and growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead user research, discovery interviews, and usability testing to uncover real customer problems.
- Translate insights into clear concepts, prototypes, and elegant design solutions.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Partner with engineers to ensure design intent is realized in production.
- Champion user-centered design practices across the company.
- Help shape a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and outcome-driven work.
- Experienced UX/Product Designer (6+ years) working on B2B SaaS products, ideally complex data or workflow-heavy tools.
- Comfortable balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Familiar with agile and modern product discovery practices.
- Skilled in research, interaction design, and visual design (you can take a problem from ambiguity to implementation).
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated by making a real impact for users.
- Ideally hold an engineering or technical degree - you understand how products are built and can collaborate deeply with developers.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
We are a mission-driven company where your ideas have real impact. You’ll be part of a small, empowered product team - not a feature factory. Work closely with talented peers who value trust, autonomy, and craftsmanship, all in a hybrid setup at the heart of Stockholm.
Excited by what you’ve read? We’d love to hear from you! Send us your portfolio and a short note about a product you’ve helped shape - what was the problem, and how did your work make a difference?
