Kelvion is a leading global developer and manufacturer of heat exchange solutions, known for our innovative approach and strong commitment to sustainability. As we continue to expand in the Nordic region, we are now looking for a Service Sales Manager to strengthen our team and further drive our presence across key industrial sectors.
About the role
As Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the aftermarket sales strategy within your market segment. You will maintain and grow existing customer relationships as well as identify new business opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor who combines technical understanding with commercial acumen.
You will report to the Nordic Sales Director and collaborate closely with both technical experts and global colleagues to deliver tailored, energy-efficient solutions. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and the chance to truly make an impact on a company that is shaping the future of energy transformation.
The role is home-based, with offices in Kalmar, Ystad and Århus, preferably from the Skåne, Denmark or Stockholm area. The job includes regular customer visits and travel within the Nordic region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, drive, and execute the regional sales strategy in line with Kelvion’s overall goals.
- Manage and expand long-term customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with a professional and commercial mindset.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering and product management, to deliver customer-specific solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure proactive business development.
Your background
You have a strong understanding of the technical or manufacturing value chain. You also have a strong know-how approach to customers and stakeholders with professionalism and a business-creative mindset. You excel at building relationships, spotting opportunities, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment
Key qualifications:
- Preferably a university degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in technical or mechanical sales, preferably in industrial B2B environments.
- Experience working in an international or matrix organization.
- Fluent in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is required for this position.
- Experience in heat exchanger technology or similar industries is a plus.
