Operations Engineer - SeniorDuties As a real-time communications network engineer in the Telephony area of the account, you are working with a team of engineers on the Telephony domain of offices across Europe. You will be responsible for the technical and operational control of the cloud on-premises telephony solutions, primarily via steering the internal account organization (network, datacenter, server team) and the external service providers in respective countries. In your role you will control the operational maintenance of the telephony communication systems as well as support in project initiatives. Specifically, the following activities are your responsibility Incident and Order handling Adherence to SLA, Service Integration, end user support Change management, create changes, impact analysis, attend CIB and CAB meetings and make sure that they are executed Asset Subscription Management including Number plan management Problem Management after Critical Incident, prepare RCA reports Solving complex telephony incidents trouble shooting with internal organization and external suppliers Monitor supplier portals Validate supplier reports like SLA, LCM, Vulnerabilities etc. Support with tests, test plan Participate in various projects as a subject matter expert. Review vulnerability assessments and act on them with suppliers. Participate in coordination meetings and technical meetings with suppliers. Ensure that documentation is up to date, for example technical documentation and operational manual.Skills Knowledge on VOIP technology. SBC, PBX, SIP, Call center solutions (Mx-One, Trio, OSV, Audiocodes SBC, Teams) Knowledge on ITSM tools like Remedy (Helix), CMDB management Knowledge on ITIL Knowledge of and experience with telephony applications and technical infrastructure Basic knowledge on Network and network protocols Knowledge of and experience with real time communication in the network domain. Knowledge of Audiocodes ATA box maintenance and lifecycle management.Able to communicate with suppliers and translate the needs of customers into technical requirements. Knowledge and experience in technical architecture principles. Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues related to communication systems and infrastructure. Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with other technical teams and stakeholders within the organization.Active end user engagement and support until issue resolution Education Bachelors in IT, Electronics or Telecommunication Certification on telephony and related equipment (optional e.g. listed)ASC recordingSIP certificationMitel OSVITILLocation Stockholm, AB, Evenemangsgatan 13
