To work on software products for both Zes and Electrip brands, we are looking for an Software Product Management Senior Specialist located in Ankara. It is an opportunity to join a fast-growing and innovative business and be at the forefront of the growing EV market.



What You'll Be Doing

You will take ownership of the mobile product experience, ensuring that our EV charging mobile applications deliver seamless, intuitive, and user-centered digital journeys.

You’ll collaborate closely with design, technical product management, and business teams to enhance the mobile experience from concept to launch and beyond.


Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Support the definition and execution of the mobile product roadmap in line with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate customer journeys into intuitive mobile experiences, using Figma and modern design best practices.
  • Monitor product backlogs and development progress in Jira to ensure alignment with roadmap priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities, validate feature readiness, and ensure delivery quality before each release.
  • Coordinate feature launch processes, ensuring timely communication and alignment across all related teams.
  • Track and analyze product performance post-launch, gathering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Continuously monitor innovation trends and user experience benchmarks across industries to identify relevant best practices and emerging ideas that can inspire product enhancements.
  • Prepare and maintain clear documentation such as feature briefs, scope definitions, and user flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with Technical Product Management teams to ensure functional and seamless mobile-backend integration.
  • Provide inputs to Marketing and Operational support teams during feature launches to highlight user benefits and value propositions.
  • Examine customer and business feedbacks/complaints, identify key insights and provide preliminary findings to accelerate solution process


You’ll be an integral part of shaping the digital face of our EV charging ecosystem, creating mobile products that empower a sustainable and connected future.


Required Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably industrial engineering or a related field),
  • 4+ years of experience in software or mobile product management, business analysis, or digital project management.
  • Own and deeply understand end-to-end mobile user flows and processes, ensuring seamless and consistent experiences across all journeys.
  • Experience in the overall coordination and implementation of product management activities and effective roadmap execution,
  • Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems (iOS & Android) and release management processes.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate effectively using Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience supporting UAT processes, documenting test results, and tracking post-launch feedback.
  • Experience monitoring product progress and status via Jira or similar tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on turning data and feedback into actionable product insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in payment systems, digital wallets, or loyalty solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of EV charging, e-mobility, or energy technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles is a plus.
  • Understanding of EV charging infrastructure and electric mobility concepts is a plus.
