Graphic & UX Designer

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver complete UX/UI projects - from concept and wireframes to polished, ready-to-implement visuals;
• Create user-centered designs for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms, including those built in WordPress;
• Ensure a consistent and visually appealing user experience (UX) aligned with usability and accessibility standards (WCAG);
• Design marketing and digital assets - social media creatives, banners, newsletters, presentations, and campaign visuals;
• Collaborate with developers to hand off and implement designs effectively;
• Work with and maintain Design Systems and interactive components;
• Participate in UX research and testing, iterating on designs based on feedback and data.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX Design, or a related field;
• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or UX/UI Designer (agency or in-house);
• Practical experience designing user interfaces and digital experiences for web or mobile;
• Strong understanding of usability principles, user journeys, visual hierarchy, and accessibility (WCAG);
• Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end projects - from concept to final visual design;
• Experience creating marketing and digital materials (social, banners, email, ads, etc.);
• Excellent knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe XD;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Experience working with Design Systems and interactive components;
• Understanding of responsive design and interactive prototyping;
• Nice to have: experience with motion design (After Effects, Canva Video, Premiere Pro);
• Ability to collaborate with developers and prepare designs for implementation.
