About the positio

nWe are looking for an IT Support/ Helpdesk Consultant (m/f/x) to join our consulting team. You must have proven experience working in an IT support role, particularly at levels 1 and 2. You sould also demonstrate a strong proficiency with the relevant technologies, including ITIL service support, particularly the common processes and service management principles. A solid understanding of Windows is required, along with practical knowledge of AD and M365 for both levels 1 and 2. As a SPOC and L1, you will be in regular contact with end users
