Position Description
Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).
Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.
Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance.
Promote diversity and fair treatment for all employees, regardless of origin and beliefs.
Assist in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization and propose HR activities that support company culture and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with the organization’s labor practices, applicable labor legislation, and collective labor agreements.
Provide advice to managers and ensure a uniform interpretation of labor laws. Secure professional legal support from internal or external legal counsel as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in warehouse labor management and outsourcing labor vendor management, with strong bargaining ability required.
Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience (HR experience in a warehouse setting is highly preferred).
Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and vendor management skills required.
Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and relevant management tools.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
