Business Analyst (with UI and Scrum knowledge)

Project Description:

Development around a Data Portal.

Responsibilities:

- Define requirements for the next phase of a long-running application

- Consult customer in UI/UX design development

- Failure Analysis (track down and follow up on bugs, support root cause analysis, report external issues and manage support)

- Prepare meeting materials and presentations (PowerPoint)

- Lead and guide user meetings

- Balance customer expectations with available budget and delivery scope

Mandatory Skills Description:

Requirements Management:

- extensive experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into functional requirements

- proficient in JIRA

- agile methodologies

- Scrum practices

UI Design:

- creation of mock-ups and click-dummies (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma)

- familiar with front-end styling frameworks like Sass/SCSS

Soft skills:

- Strong communicator with direct customer interaction experience

- Diplomatic and cooperative, even under pressure

- Independent, proactive, and accountable in delivery

- nice to have: PM or PO experience
