MIS Manager (SAP S/4HANA SD - LE - MM)
Objectives
- Drive the execution of innovation strategies aligned with the company’s goals, especially in digital transformation and automation.
- Manage and deliver complex, cross-functional projects in retail, omnichannel, and IT domains.
- Lead localization and enhancement of S/4HANA SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP LE (Logistics Execution), SAP MM (Materials Management) modules in coordination with HQ and regional teams.
- Lead localization and enhancement of SAP Hybris for D2C business related requirements and tasks in coordination with RHQ, HQ and local business teams and executing the implementations for the related SAP modules.
- Solve the problems engaged to the Samsung systems through close communication and coordination with Customer Service teams. Address system-related issues by working closely with Customer Service teams to ensure effective problem-solving.
- Define and track innovation-related KPIs and outcomes.
- Analyze data and provide clear, actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Recommend improvements to tools and processes based on best practices and business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Industrial/Computer Engineering, or related technical fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in MIS, IT, or digital transformation roles, ideally within consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail industries.
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP SD (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery), SAP LE (Shipping, Transportation, Warehouse Management), SAP MM (Materials Management) modules.
- Proven experience managing SAP rollouts, integrations, SAP Hybris integration experience(is a asset), and localizations with global teams.
- Strong understanding of business processes, logistics, and MasterData control.
- Order to Cash (Sales Process), Procure to Pay (Purchase Process) Business Process Knowledge with Hands on Experience in SAP.
- Project management experience (PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred).
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik for management reporting is a plus.
- Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and reporting best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools; SQL or Power Query knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, or Python scripting) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with regional and HQ teams.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
Skills
- Experience with EDI integrations, logistics partners, and 3PL coordination.
- Knowledge of omnichannel sales operations and customer journey analytics.
- Experience in cross-system reconciliation and performance tracking for retail and B2B channels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines in a global matrix organization.
