Job Title: Data Analyst
Duration: Initial 1 year contract
Workload: Full time hours
Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)
Location: Krakow or Gdansk, Poland (5 days/week office presence required)
A full-time Data Analyst is needed to support a long-term investment intelligence project, integrating advanced analytics and graph technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to support decision-making.
- Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve data issues and improve quality.
- Support integration of AI-driven analytics and GraphRAG into workflows.
- Leverage Neo4j-powered Knowledge Graphs for enhanced traceability.
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualisation tools.
- Familiarity with Snowflake and data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of data validation and quality assurance processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics and Graph Data Structures.
- Experience with Neo4j and GraphRAG.
- Ability to work in a closed perimeter environment.
