Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualise business performance and operational metrics.
• Automate data collection and transformation processes using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Support integration efforts between analytics platforms and Enterprise Systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM).
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Assist in the development of algorithms and models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and governance frameworks.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Power BI and basic understanding of Power Platform tools.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or ITSM.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance principles.
• Experience with data modelling and DAX in Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
