Role: Senior Test Engineer

Location: Baerum, Norway (Onsite 5 days/week)

Good understanding in the building and integration of electronic prototypes, including mechanical and electrical components.

Perform precise modifications and rework on printed circuit board assemblies.

Design and assemble custom cable harnesses for prototypes and test setups.

Assemble electronic systems including enclosures, connectors, and mechanical interfaces.

Develop and execute long-term and stress test plans.

Set up and monitor environmental and electrical stress tests.

Maintain test documentation and logs.

Conduct functional and performance verification of prototype boards and samples.

Collaborate with design engineers to validate new designs.

Configure and operate electronic loads for power testing and endurance evaluations.

Test and verify BLDC motor drive systems under various load and control conditions.

Work with STM32 microcontrollers and related firmware to validate embedded functionality.

Identify and resolve issues in electronic assemblies and test setups

Provide feedback to design and production teams to improve product reliability and manufacturability.
