A key client of ours is looking for a number of IAM Engineering Profiles for a hybrid project in Oslo, Norway.

Job Title: IAM Requirements

Contract Duration: 6 Months (very possible extension)

Location: Oslo, Norway (Preferred location) – Hybrid model

Freelance / B2B contract

40 hours a week / Full-time

IAM Architect – Microsoft Entra (Norway, Oslo + Remote):

We’re looking for an IAM Architect to help design and lead modern identity and access management solutions for our customers, primarily on Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD).

Key points:

• Lead design and architecture of IAM solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID
• Act as strategic advisor on identity, authentication, authorisation and governance
• Guide customers transitioning from MIM/AD to Entra-based solutions
• Define IAM roadmaps, policies and target architectures (on-prem + cloud)
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Fluent Norwegian / Danish / Swedish and English required

IAM Engineer – Microsoft Entra (Norway, Oslo + Remote):

We also need a hands-on IAM Engineer to implement, configure and operate IAM solutions for our customers.

Key points:

• Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID and related IAM components
• Configure SSO, MFA/2FA and conditional access policies
• Work with MIM, AD, PowerShell, Graph API, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
• Integrate IAM with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, Okta) and business systems
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation of IAM environments
• Contribute to documentation and compliance / audit requirements
• Fluent Norwegian / Danish / Swedish and English required

Both roles are long-term consulting assignments with strong customer interaction.
