Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Manager in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver product requirements.
• Help prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure timely product delivery.
• Prepare product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Support go-to-market activities, including product launches and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand software development concepts, APIs, integrations, and product architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Passion for technology and customer-centric products.
