Civil Engineer with 5 years of Dubai experience.
- Must Have minimum 5 experience of G+4 or higher buildings in Dubai
- Supervise the project construction and ensure project is run smoothly and structure is completed within budget and on time.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and documents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with consultant, contractor and suppliers.
