What We’re Hiring For

We’re looking for a highly organised and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide executive and operational support to the founding team. You’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate global travel, and handle a blend of business and personal tasks with precision and discretion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage executive schedules, meetings, and international travel
• Coordinate crypto events, investor meetings, and private functions
• Oversee expenses, invoices, and payments
• Liaise with investors, partners, and suppliers worldwide
• Support daily operations and prepare research reports on crypto and business topics

What you’ll bring:

• Valid UAE residence visa (required)
• Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Operations Assistant
• Strong financial literacy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle confidential matters
• Familiarity with crypto, tech, or investment sectors and Dubai’s business landscape
