About the Role

As a Data Scientist, you’ll play a critical role in designing and developing advanced AI and multi-agent systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). Working closely with a collaborative team, you’ll leverage your expertise in data science to build autonomous agents that enable intelligent decision-making, integrate with external systems, and deliver scalable, impactful solutions. This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to apply cutting-edge AI research to real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI Agent and Multi-Agent systems using LLMs to support autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Perform prompt engineering, including techniques like Chain of Thought, ReAct, and context management, to optimize model performance.
• Build and maintain agent tool interfaces for seamless integration with external systems and APIs.
• Develop and enhance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)-based QA systems, incorporating domain-specific improvements.
• Collaborate on creating scalable frameworks for workflow orchestration, agent coordination, and multi-agent systems.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and data science, applying them to elevate product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI system development.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI system development.
• Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI, or agent-based systems.
• Demonstrated project experience building agent or multi-agent systems with integration to external data sources or systems.
• Familiarity with reasoning models, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in agent tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, or prompt engineering.
