Digital Product Manager

Contract: 12 months

Hybrid: 3x per week - Toronto

Rate: $50-63/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years experience in digital product management.

• 2+ years experience with customer insights using Adobe Analytics and GA4.

• Fintech or banking background.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, PowerPoint + APIs

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Understanding of customer journeys and front-end experiences.

• Ability to create and manage product roadmaps and deliver in agile environments.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• UX design exposure and technical understanding.

• Familiarity with personalization, journey mapping, and content strategy.

•Experience in banking or financial services.


Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to support the Acquisition Pillar of a major banking client’s marketing technology transformation. This role focuses on driving acquisition initiatives for debit and credit products through public websites, leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics (GA4). The position requires strong stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple teams.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition application projects for debit and credit products, including backend integration.

• Manage communications and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.

• Drive digital product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.

• Conduct data analysis and identify patterns to inform product decisions.

• Collaborate with UX, design, engineering, and technical product owners to deliver outcomes.

• Lead agile ceremonies: standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning.

• Write user stories, monitor and optimize customer journeys and pain points for acquisition flows.

• Partner with acquisition marketing, paid media, and web marketing teams.
