We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team at Rewind. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to design thoughtful, intuitive experiences that bring real value to our customers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions that scale.
As a key contributor on our small but mighty team, you’ll help shape the future of Rewind’s product experience and make an immediate impact on how people interact with our software.
What You’ll Do
Design execution & collaboration
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate business goals and user needs into high-quality design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
- Partner with Engineers to ensure smooth implementation and uphold design quality across releases.
- Contribute to user research and usability testing to better understand customer needs.
- Analyze feedback and data to iterate on designs and improve the user experience.
- Help advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development process.
- Support the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Participate in regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows and improve how design integrates into our product process.
- 3–5 years of product design experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong portfolio that showcases UX, interaction, and visual design work.
- Proficiency with modern design tools including Figma.
- A solid understanding of UX principles and design best practices.
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Curiosity and adaptability — you’re comfortable learning and applying new tools, including AI-powered ones.
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Understanding of front-end development principles.
This role is remote across Canada, with a preference for candidates working in Eastern Time (EST).
