Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a core engineering team responsible for building scalable, developer-focused platforms and tools that improve engineering productivity across large enterprise environments. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and operating solutions that enhance developer experience and accelerate product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of feature design and implementation, ensuring sound architecture, maintainability, and scalability.
• Develop full-stack web applications across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality products.
• Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Build resilient and high-availability systems, focusing on reliability and performance.
• Design frameworks, libraries, and tools that help internal teams spin up new applications efficiently (covering infra, database, and UI components).
• Contribute to developer platform initiatives, including developer portals, documentation systems, and self-service consoles.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and at least one modern web framework (e.g. React, Angular, Vue).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript preferred; experience in other backend languages (e.g. Java, Go, Python) will also be considered.
• Experience in architecting multi-tenant systems or platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with search technologies (e.g. ElasticSearch, Lunr) is a plus.
• Prior experience developing developer tooling or engineering productivity platforms is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to mentor teammates, share best practices, and influence technical direction.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a strong growth mindset and problem-solving approach.
