Co-Development Business Unit is looking for DevOps Engineer

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is from April 2026 to 30 March 2028.

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to implement with Apps team to setup the DevOps environment on Azure Cloud and put in place CI/CD practices.

What will you do?

• Design, setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, implement infrastructure as code, establish monitoring solutions, and collaborate with development teams on deployment requirements and technical guidance
• Strong problem-solving abilities for complex infrastructure issues, excellent communication and documentation skills, incident response capabilities, and strategic thinking for infrastructure planning and capacity management
• The role requires balancing technical depth with operational excellence, ensuring reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems whilst supporting continuous development and deployment practices
• Manage the development of the internal engineering productivity tools and environments
• Providing DevOps architecture implementation and operational support
• Architecture and planning for cloud deployments (Private and Public cloud)
• Be an innovative and hands-on DevOps engineer capable of looking at both the technology and strategy around the platform
  
  

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Technical Infrastructure (minimum 3 years) - Expertise in Azure cloud platforms (additional knowledge with AWS platform will be an advantage). Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Automation and CI/CD (minimum 3 years) - Strong scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell) and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Configuration management using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Monitoring and Observability (minimum 3 years) - Implementation of monitoring solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) with log aggregation and application performance monitoring capabilities
• Security and Compliance - Knowledge of security best practices, identity management, and experience with security scanning tools and compliance frameworks
• System Administration - Linux/Unix administration, basic database management (SQL/NoSQL), and networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPNs)
