Lead Product Manager (Digital Transformation)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join a leading technology organization. This role will drive end-to-end product strategy and delivery across complex digital transformation initiatives. You will define vision and roadmap, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful, citizen- and business-focused technology solutions.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus;
• Must have at least 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing products or portfolios through full lifecycle;
• Must have strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environments;
• Must have demonstrated ability to define product strategy, translate vision into actionable roadmaps, and execute through delivery;
• Must have skills in market and user research, metrics definition (KPIs/OKRs), and data-driven decision-making;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior levels;
• Familiarity with business process digitalization, data-driven products, or customer-facing platforms;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation mindset;
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments;
• Experience with agile methodologies, digital transformation, and enterprise technology projects.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience in technology, enterprise, or regulated industries;
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve business outcomes and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation objectives;
• Lead and mentor product teams to execute on the roadmap and deliver measurable outcomes;
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch and continuous improvement;
• Conduct market and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities for innovation;
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence;
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap prioritizing initiatives by impact and feasibility;
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate product success and guide decision-making;
• Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven experimentation, and continuous improvement within the product organization;
• Champion customer-centric design and ensure user feedback informs ongoing product development;
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and best practices to drive digital transformation and organizational capability growth.
