Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Singapore


Job Summary:

Lead strategic IT and transformation projects with strong governance, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end‑to‑end projects from initiation through closure within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk/issue registers.
  • Provide regular status reports to PMO leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Apply change control rigor across governance frameworks.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience managing medium-to-large IT or application lifecycle programs.
  • Track record in multi-stakeholder environments (business, IT, vendors)
  • Strong governance skills: risk, change control, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Able to operate autonomously with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.


Desirable:

  • Experience in enterprise digital transformation, hybrid multi-cloud, cybersecurity, or platform initiatives
  • Exposure to telecom or high‑performance broadband environments (e.g. 10 Gbps networks, AI-driven ops) aligns well
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
