This role requires hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel plus strong front-end development skills in React, Vue, or Angular. You’ll collaborate with internal developers, designers, and business teams to create modern, responsive, and maintainable solutions that enhance both customer and internal workflows.

Earthley is seeking a Full-Stack Web Developer (Front-End Focus) to help design and build engaging, high-performance web experiences for our e-commerce and manufacturing platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel plus strong front-end development skills in React, Vue, or Angular. You’ll collaborate with internal developers, designers, and business teams to create modern, responsive, and maintainable solutions that enhance both customer and internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic interfaces and web applications using Laravel and modern JS frameworks.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible code.
- Integrate front-end components with Laravel APIs and back-end logic.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for speed, performance, and usability.
- Participate in code reviews, Git-based version control, and Agile workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and operations teams.
- Minimum 2 years of professional web development experience.
- Proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular, plus strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on PHP/Laravel development (required).
- Proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular, plus strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience with e-commerce or ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Tailwind, or component libraries.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and analytics best practices.
- Interest in AI-assisted development or workflow automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Collaborative communicator who values quality and consistency.
- Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to sustain sitting and working in front of a computer for at least 8 hours per day.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone, for prolonged periods.
