Senior Full Stack Developer - Tampere - up to 6000€/pm + bonus
Our client is a dynamic digital service business media company operating across Europe and is looking for a Senior Developer to make technical decisions, maintain code, build architecture and lead/mentor juniors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team focused on developing advertising technology, products, and AI-based solutions alongside other development teams. While your core team is fixed, you’ll also work with colleagues from various roles across teams, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Write library code in TypeScript for use across all services. This includes building integrations between systems and implementing new features provided by system partners.
- Design and maintain CDK-based interfaces that support new advertising products with high automation levels. The complexity of the systems requires a strong ability and enthusiasm for deep problem-solving and understanding.
Requirements
- You have a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and their practical applications.
- You ensure the functionality, security, and sustainability of technical solutions throughout their lifecycle.
- Expertise in microservices and serverless architectures.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and tools like CDK.
- Strong knowledge of React/React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of design systems.
- A solid grasp of UI/UX concepts to support technical integration with design teams.
- Mentoring and coaching abilities to guide team members and juniors effectively.
- Leadership skills to maintain legacy code, review code, build new architectures, and lead teams.
