We are seeking a proactive and skilled Network Administrator to serve as a critical on-site resource supporting the mission-critical operations of a high-profile client in the logistics sector. Key Responsibilities
Provide immediate, hands-on, and remote help-desk support, including troubleshooting network, Wi-Fi, and peripheral issues across multiple local client sites.
Administer and maintain network environments, primarily involving enterprise-grade firewall and wireless technologies, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to implement upgrades, document infrastructure, and ensure all systems align with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Network Administrator with a strong foundation in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot LAN switches (VLANs, segmentation) and enterprise-level wireless access points.
Proficiency in network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting techniques, with particular experience supporting essential logistics equipment (e.g., scanners).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientation and a professional, positive demeanor.
Willingness to travel locally between multiple client sites and maintain on-call availability for operational continuity.
