Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using SFDC Identity & Security.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications for seamless business integration.
  • Deploy and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance customer engagement.
  • Configure SFDC Sharing & Visibility settings for optimal data access and security.
  • Apply Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment.
  • Manage and analyze SFDC Data to support business decision-making.
  • Build responsive interfaces using SFDC Lightning.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems for process automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Stay current with Salesforce trends and technologies.
