This is a part-time contract role for a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) / Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM) Trainer. Based on-site in Doha, Qatar, the trainer will deliver high-quality, industry-relevant training programs to participants. Responsibilities include preparing and updating training materials, conducting engaging sessions, assessing learners' progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will ensure the curriculum aligns with current industry trends and facilitates professional growth for the participants.

• Professional expertise and certification in CHRP or CHRM
• Strong instructional and communication skills, with the ability to engage learners effectively
• Experience in developing and delivering HR-related training content
• Abilities in assessing and providing feedback to support learners’ needs
• Proficiency in using instructional tools and technology
• On-site availability in Doha, Qatar, with organizational or instructional flexibility
• Previous teaching or training experience is a strong advantage
