About the role: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager at Houst, you will lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative products that enhance the user experience in the short-term rental market. Your role involves developing a strategic product roadmap that aligns with our business goals. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, prioritise features based on user needs, and leverage data-driven insights to optimise engagement and satisfaction. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Devise and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Houst's strategic priorities and goals
• Understand and enhance business processes across departments, improve company operations, and effectively connect software solutions to real-world applications in a hybrid environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
• Define and monitor key product metrics to understand performance and inform strategic decisions
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure timely delivery
• Champion our customers, deeply understanding their needs and frustrations to drive product improvement
• Foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the team to test, learn, iterate, and innovate
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be based in Poland
• 4 years commercial experience in a product role, preferably within a scale-up environment
• Degree in relevant field is not required but is advantageous
• Proven track record of crafting and launching successful products
• Hands-on, "do-er" mentality, with the ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous execution
• Strong customer focus, with a passion for understanding user needs and translating them into product features
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for thinking outside the box and finding creative solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to board executives
• Hands-on experience with modern product management tools, including Notion, ClickUp, Figma and data analytics tools such as Looker.
• Experience with lean methodologies and SQL in order to do checks in the database
