- Develop and execute features from concept to release;
- Collaborate with product, designers, game designers, and devs to bring ideas to life;
- Optimize user experience and game mechanics based on data insights;
- Document and present design solutions to the team and stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in game design;
- Proven track record of creating features from idea to release;
- Ability to analyze data and conduct user research;
- Highly self-organized and able to work autonomously;
- Strong prototyping and UX/UI design skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (Grafana, Amplitude, GameAnalytics, etc.);
- Knowledge of mobile game retention and monetization mechanics;
- Familiarity with Blockchain, Web3, NFTs, or crypto-based game mechanics;
- Unity
