About The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to focus on the emotional dimension of design. Beyond functionality, you’ll design experiences that connect with users on a deeper level, building loyalty and delight.

What You’ll Do

• Lead initiatives that apply emotional design principles.
• Design interactions, visuals, and micro-moments that spark delight.
• Balance aesthetics with usability to create memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand to ensure cohesion.
• Mentor peers in elevating craft and emotional resonance.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of design experience with strong visual and interaction craft.
• Proven ability to design for emotion, not just function.
• Strong portfolio with examples of engaging, delightful experiences.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire and raise the design craft bar for the team.
