Position Overview :
We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 36 years of experience to lead Agile delivery across data observability, data engineering, and integration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong collaboration with Product Owners and technical teams.

We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 36 years of experience to lead Agile delivery across data observability, data engineering, and integration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong collaboration with Product Owners and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
- Ensure Agile principles and Scrum practices are adopted across teams.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and delivery quality.
- Remove blockers and protect the team from external interferences.
- Track sprint progress and maintain transparency using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
- Collaborate with Product Owners for backlog grooming and release planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of features.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) mandatory.
- 36 years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years as Scrum Master.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Ability to work with distributed teams in fast-paced Agile environments.
- Exposure to data observability, data engineering, or cloud data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.
- Agile at Scale experience (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Knowledge of DataOps practices and automation
