About The Team

- The Payouts & MPM department specializes in cross-border payments, leveraging modern .NET technologies.
- Operating within a collaborative SAFe Agile environment, we deliver impactful solutions through our evolving Treasury platform.
- We value proactive team players who thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment and are passionate about building robust, scalable applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reliable code with high-quality unit tests.
- Take ownership of your work and consider its impact across the wider engineering department.
- Adapt to changing business priorities with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
- Learn and apply agile software development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful business value.
- Contribute to new application development and improve existing systems and processes.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

- Proven ability to deliver work on time and to specification.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills.
- Experience in database development and SQL.
