About The Job

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will take the lead in building and optimizing user interfaces for our web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of modern front-end development practices, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining a high-quality codebase.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure robust, reliable applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks to continuously improve processes and deliverables.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other frontend developers.
  • Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services seamlessly.


Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Strong understanding of state management libraries such as Redux, Pinia, or Vuex.
  • Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling (e.g., Axios, Fetch API).
  • Proficiency in Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.


Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex web applications at scale.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge using TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of version control systems (preferably Git).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
