Full Stack Engineer – API / Web Portal Development

About the role:

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer / API Developer to be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications.

With strong experience in API development, cloud infrastructure, and modern front-end frameworks. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components, deploying containerised applications, and ensuring accessibility and performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build complex APIs using Golang and JavaScript/TypeScript with REST and GraphQL.
• Develop accessible web applications using React and TypeScript (WCAG 2.1 compliance).
• Deploy containerised applications using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Write Infrastructure as Code using Terraform on AWS.
• Create CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab, Artifactory, and HashiCorp Vault.
• Write unit, integration, and functional tests; collaborate with QA teams.
• Manage Postgres and MySQL database deployment and administration.
• Contribute across the SDLC: design, development, code reviews, and maintenance.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Australian Citizenship.
• Baseline or NV-1 Government Security Clearance.
