A Day in the Life You’ll report to the Brand Director and join a diverse, hybrid product team supporting L’Oreal Professional across Australia.
You Will
- Define and coordinate product and brand strategy with internal and external stakeholders to drive pillar growth.
- Orchestrate product launches and retail activations, ensuring rollout excellence and adherence to brand guidelines and purpose.
- Lead consumer & market insight collection and analysis to inform NPD, forecasting and go-to-market decisions.
- Work closely with Commercial, Retail Field, R&I, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure product availability, education and sell-through.
- Establish strong ways-of-working to monitor performance, retail material implementation and media/agency briefings.
