Role Overview:

We believe great design can change how legal professionals work and we’re looking for a Product Designer to help do just that! You will work in a close-knit, purpose-driven design team that is passionate about solving complex workflows and making everyday tasks simpler, faster, and effortless.

In this role, you’ll support the Product Design Team Lead across key projects and initiatives, from early concepts to final delivery. You’ll bring a user-centred mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit as you help shape experiences that truly make a difference.

Whether it’s jumping into a design sprint, refining a prototype, or lending a hand across cross-functional initiatives, you’ll be the go-to support helping the team move forward and bring great ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end design process, from discovery through to polished, production-ready UI.
• Partner with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to translate user needs into intuitive, scalable solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate ideas.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design intent.
• Support the ongoing evolution of our design system by creating and maintaining consistent, reusable patterns and components.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementation and user experience.

About You

• Solid experience designing for web applications, ideally within B2B SaaS or other complex domains.
• Strong visual design skills and an ability to balance usability with aesthetic craft.
• Experience participating in or running user research and translating insights into design improvements.
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with modern design-to-development workflows.
• A curious, pragmatic, and adaptable problem solver who enjoys tackling complexity.
• A systems thinker who can map user flows and help ensure consistency across journeys.
• A strong collaborator who thrives on teamwork and values feedback and shared problem solving.
• Interest in the legal or professional services domain is a plus - curiosity and a learning mindset matter most.
