UX/UI Senior Designer

Our client is a leader in professional services and consulting, providing a wide range of services including strategy, consulting, technology and systems integration, and operations to a range of clients across Government, Financial Services, Utilities and more.

About the role:

A Senior UX/UI Designer is required for a Government project where you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centric digital experiences across mobile apps, web portals, and APIs, while collaborating closely with technical and business teams.

You will contribute to solution architecture and full stack development, ensuring design outputs align with project requirements and user needs.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in the elicitation of UI/UX requirement techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews, and confirming or reporting on results.
• Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.
• Proven experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently, and presenting messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner to senior stakeholders.
• 3–5 years’ experience working as a UX/UI designer.
• Design experience working with Accessibility requirements.
• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Australian Citizenship.
• Baseline or NV-1 Government Security Clearance.
