We’re seeking a motivated, detail-focused, tech-savvy Human Resources Coordinator to join the Seafolly People Experience (PX) team and make an impact across the entire employee journey.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead on the administration for the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, contracts, changes, exits and more.
  • Coordinate recruitment - from posting job ads and screening resumes, to welcoming new hires.
  • Maintain accurate HR systems (Tanda), employee files, trackers and reports.
  • Streamline processes, including implementing new HRIS modules with support from the PX Manager.
  • Act as a trusted, professional and confidential first point of contact for all employees, providing advise and escalating where required.


What you’ll bring:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a love for processes, systems and efficiency.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to calmly manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in an HR Assistant / Administrator / Coordinator role within Australia.
  • Experience maintaining employee records in an HR Information System (HRIS).
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and passion for creating great workplace experiences.
  • Ideally experience working with Modern Awards.
  • Ideally some experience in Australian retail or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory role.

This role is based in our Support Centre office in Alexandria, NSW four days per week, with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.
