The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of product-specific projects within the Cybersecurity product division. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, overseeing capacity planning, facilitating presales-to-delivery alignment, and acting as the operational link between customers, technical resources, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate all project activities aligned with the team's delivery framework in Jira.
  • Ensure timely project initiation, including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation, with alignment to contractual deliverables.
  • Track progress and facilitate regular stand-ups, reporting, and retros.
  • Act as first point of contact for customers on delivery matters, managing project expectations and communication.
  • Ensure project documentation (SOWs, runbooks, logs, close-out reports) is prepared and stored accurately
  • Monitor and maintain the team's delivery and support capacity within Jira's resource management ecosystem.
  • Work with team leaders to forecast resourcing needs aligned to current and future sales pipeline.
  • Maintain rolling capacity dashboards, publish availability/overload reports, and work with the Head of Cybersecurity to predict blockers and proactively recruit when required.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of phishing simulation services, including coordinating with internal technical SMEs and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and execute monthly/quarterly phishing campaigns in line with customer agreements.
  • Collate campaign results, document insights, and lead follow-up process including awareness training activities
  • Consistently live the values and demonstrate professional workplace behaviours that reflect the CT values.
  • Comply with all CT policies and processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Solid experience in project coordination / support (preferably in IT services or at an MSP).
  • AGSVA NV1 Security clearance, or ability to achieve clearance with no issues
  • Ability to be cleared for customer OSAs as required
  • Excellent customer-facing communications, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira (or similar platforms) for managing workloads and delivery tasks.
  • Familiarity with capacity forecasting concepts.
  • Energy and enthusiasm!
  • Experience working in a service-based delivery environment
  • Working knowledge of Cybersecurity
  • Experience coordinating simulations or technical campaigns such as phishing or vulnerability scans.
  • PMP/Prince2 or relevant Agile certification.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change
