CPIM Group is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Senior AI Engineer / AI Data Scientist to join exciting global AI and data projects. We’re looking for a professional passionate about synthetic data generation, generative modeling, and LLM-based applications, who enjoys turning complex data challenges into actionable insights.
This position is open exclusively to professionals currently residing in Argentina 🇦🇷.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, generate, and validate synthetic datasets in multiple formats (tables, time-series, images, PDFs, JSON, Excel, CSV).
- Apply generative modeling techniques (GANs, VAEs), statistical resampling, and data masking to simulate privacy-aware, high-fidelity data.
- Clean, tag, classify, and enrich real or synthetic data to support risk detection, insight generation, and LLM-based workflows.
- Research and evaluate new techniques for structured output extraction and data simulation; share insights and tools with the team.
- Build visualizations and dashboards to communicate results, metrics, and data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AI Data Engineers and Frontend Developers to embed structured and synthetic data into GenAI applications and POCs.
- Ensure all data practices comply with privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with synthetic data libraries such as SDGym, Synthpop, Faker, or Synthea.
- Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and data wrangling for structured/unstructured data.
- Experience using Jupyter, matplotlib, seaborn, or Plotly for experimentation and visualization.
- Familiarity with structured output tools (e.g., Pydantic, LangChain) and LLM pipeline integration.
- (Bonus) Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for building custom generative models.
- (Bonus) Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Streamlit, Dash) for stakeholder-facing dashboards.
Work Model:
• As part of EY’s onboarding process, new hires will attend the EY office in
Buenos Aires for 2–3 days during their first week.
• After that, the position will be 100% remote.
• All travel expenses will be fully covered.
Work Conditions:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (8 hours per day).
• Contract type: Independent contractor (payment in USD).
