Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI | Brussels

Data Scientist passionate about Generative AI and Machine Learning to help design and deploy innovative AI applications from virtual assistants to automation and optimization tools.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deploy GenAI & ML models (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, NLP, speech-to-text, image interpretation, etc.)
• Build real-world AI solutions enhancing customer and employee experiences.
• Work in a collaborative Agile environment with strong innovation culture.
• Present insights directly to senior stakeholders.

Your Profile

• 3+ years in Data Science/AI, with Python as your core skill.
• Hands-on with deep learning and pre-trained models.
• Experience or interest in frameworks like LangGraph, ADK, MCP, Domino, Git.
• Fluent in English + Dutch and French.
• Master’s in a quantitative field (Maths, Statistics, Engineering, etc.).
• Strong communication, analytical and team-player mindset.
