We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead our DevSecOps Team, driving the integration of development, security, and operations practices across the organization. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant software delivery aligned with our strategic objectives.



Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Backlog Ownership: Manage and prioritize the DevOps and Security backlog, including tasks, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Roadmap Management: Define and maintain the DevSecOps roadmap in alignment with IT, Security Office, and R&D strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from IT, Security Office, and R&D management, translating them into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track CI/CD pipeline performance and collect metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and certifications such as RED DA, NIS2, CRA, and ISO 27000.
  • Dependency Management: Collaborate with development teams to manage interdependencies effectively.
  • Community Leadership: Lead the DevOps and/or Security guild to foster best practices and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner (minimum 3 years, ideally 5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and relevant regulations.
  • Solid knowledge of server maintenance, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Previous experience in DevOps and/or Product/Cyber Security.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
