Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Monitor financial data and regulatory compliance across casino platforms, ensuring systems run smoothly.
- Provide monitoring, data visualization support for product-level incident management.
- Handle incident reporting and production issues, escalating and resolving urgent matters swiftly.
- Distribute daily and weekly reports, analyze trends, and contribute to process documentation using Confluence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, service operations, and regulatory units.
