Salesforce Technical Architect / Salesforce Developer (Revenue Cloud)

Overview:
We are looking for experienced Salesforce professionals specializing in Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management) to join our Salesforce practice. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, and solution design using the Revenue Cloud suite.
The Salesforce Technical Architect will focus on overall solution design, system architecture, and governance, while the Salesforce Developer will focus on hands-on development, configuration, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Common Responsibilities (Both Roles):
• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud components including CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, or ETL tools.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices.

Technical Architect – Additional Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end solution design for Revenue Cloud implementations and integrations.
• Define architecture standards, data model, integration patterns, and deployment strategy.
• Review and guide development work, ensuring alignment with the architectural vision.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and mentor the development team.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) for complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
Developer – Additional Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain Revenue Cloud functionality including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and billing logic.
• Develop custom components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Work on data migration, validation rules, triggers, and batch processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and production phases.
• Support the Technical Architect and functional consultants in deployment and release management.

Required Skills & Experience:
Common Requirements:
• 3–10 years of Salesforce experience (depending on the role).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL tools).
• Good knowledge of data modeling, process automation, and security model.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce Certifications such as:
o Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
o Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect (preferred for Architect role)

• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or Omnistudio.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of Subscription Management and Revenue Recognition processes.
• Prior experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
