We are looking for a
Product Manager, Lifecycle Services
to join our Offering team.
Offering is mainly responsible for developing and managing the products and services portfolio of the Sustainment Solutions business area.
The Product Manager, Lifecycle Services, has a key role in implementing the international growth strategy of Patria. This position focuses on lifecycle services related to the air domain such as upgrades and modifications to rotary wing and fixed wing platforms, as well as engineering services.
Your role will include:
Our engineering offices are in Halli and Tampere, our factories are in Halli and Sweden. Your main office will therefore be either in Halli or Tampere. Remote work up to 50% is possible without a specific agreement according to Patria policy.
You must be ready to travel on average once per month. Our working languages are Finnish and English.

- Productizing our upgrades and modifications solutions as well as our engineering solutions
- Monitoring the competitiveness, the relevancy and the responsiveness to customers’ current and future needs of the products and services in the portfolio
- Keeping up to date the documentation and the data of products in the portfolio
- Planning and management of the implementation of lifecycle decisions including offering creation (new product development and productization), updates and phase-outs
- Participating in the R&D gate processing
- Participating in RFx responses and marketing activities, including technical support, documentation, presentations.

- Able to take initiatives and to work without extremely detailed instructions and at the same time you have the discipline to work by the book when it is necessary
- Able to navigate between the big picture and small details
- Willing to engage with people within Patria to bring things forward
- Good in communicating and presenting as the audience can include high ranked representatives of the military
- A concrete track-record in product management and productization
- Sufficient knowledge of the R&D processes and their prerequisites
- Sufficient knowledge of the project portfolio management processes and their prerequisites
- A technical background from school and/or from work
- Experience in compiling financial analysis and profitability calculations
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
- Worked in an international environment
- Experience in the aeronautical industry and knowledge of its regulatory environment
- Experience with contractual terms and conditions
