Do you want to drive Valmet’s Service Agreement business to the next level and work at the heart of our Roll Services globally? Join us as Global Product Manager, Roll Agreements.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will have a key position in developing and growing Valmet’s Roll Agreement business globally. You will work closely with our area organizations and product teams to strengthen customer partnerships and enhance the performance of our roll service offering.
Your Main Responsibilities Include
- Developing and managing the Roll Service Agreement portfolio, ensuring it supports customer needs and Valmet’s strategic targets
- Improving sales and delivery processes in cooperation with areas and technology management
- Supporting and participating in selected global agreement sales cases
- Maintaining and developing business-critical data, tools and documentation related to Roll Agreements
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to ensure our offering stays ahead of the industry
Who Is The Candidate We Are Looking For
You are an experienced and business-oriented professional who understands the importance of long-term customer relationships and value-based selling. You enjoy working in a global environment and are eager to turn insights into practical actions.
We Expect You To Have
- Proven experience in developing service concepts or agreements, preferably in industrial B2B business
- Strong understanding of paper and board customer processes, and the role of rolls in papermaking
- Skills in sales, presentations, and internal stakeholder management
- A proactive and analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel, approximately 30% of your time
You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Administration – or have gained equivalent competence through solid experience in global service business.
You Have Several Years Of Experience In
- Industrial B2B environment, preferably in paper, board or related process industries
- Developing service concepts or long-term agreements
- Customer relationship management and value-based selling
- Working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
Experience from global matrix organizations and cross-functional teamwork is seen as a strong asset.
