We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across product development and management. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, designing and optimizing processes, enhancing feedback loops, and scaling product knowledge across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Improve communication & alignment
- Ensure transparency in product priorities, progress, and outcomes—keeping stakeholders informed and engaged without slowing teams down.
- Connect product, engineering, design, marketing, operations, and customer teams to align efforts and goals.
- Build scalable ways of working focused on alignment, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage product management tools (roadmapping, backlog, documentation, feedback) to boost team efficiency.
- Define standards and KPIs to measure product team progress against company goals.
- Lead regular meetings to review processes, share insights, and drive improvements.
- Proven experience in product operations, product management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and foster cross-team collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams applying product-led principles.
- Systems thinker with a passion for designing scalable processes.
- Proactive learner, curious about new tools, AI, and automation to improve outcomes.
- Fluent in English.
