Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our human resources team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, communicative, and enjoys working in a people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Support recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions
- Handle general HR correspondence and employee inquiries
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR support role is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
