About The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Developer to join our Software Development Team in one of our offices in southern- and east-Germany. Take a key role in driving success!

As a Software Developer PHP (m/w/d), you continuously optimize the performance of our software and expand automated release processes as well as quality assurance together with your team. In doing so, you support us in achieving our next growth milestones and drive us forward as a leading provider of energy industry software solutions.

About You

You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working with PHP for 5+ years as well as:

• Solid knowledge of PHP including common PHP frameworks like Symfony
• Knowledge of MySQL for designing and managing relational databases, including the ability to write complex SQL queries
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git
• Experience with PHPUnit or other testing frameworks

Key Responsibilities

• Define test objectives and approaches
• Create test strategy regarding to requirement and schedule
• Create and execute tests with both manual and automation
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and report defects
• Conduct different test procedures, report issues, and follow up on the status of the issues
• Manage the test progress and providing test summary report
